Happy New Year, SOS Family! At SOS we have been able to welcome 2025 with hope and expectation of what God will do this year, largely because of your support!
10 Ways to Pray for SOS
- Pray that God will continue to build up our SOS team with loving unity, immovable faith, persevering devotion, biblically-focused minds, and prayerfully dependent hearts.
- Pray that God will continue to expand our SOS team by calling other godly, like-minded missionaries and Ugandans alongside us (professors, teachers, and high-capacity leaders).
- Pray that God will watch over each member of the SOS team spiritually and that the attacks of the evil one will draw our team closer rather than apart.
- Pray that the recipients of the ministries of SOS will be awakened to God’s immense greatness, God’s pricelessly sufficient Word, and their highly-privileged calling.
- Pray that God would give wisdom to the leadership of SOS so that all of the God-given resources would be wisely and sparsely used, resulting in God’s pleasure and glory.
- Pray that our partners in Uganda will continue to grow in their love and support of SOS Ministries, allowing maximum impact and advancement of God’s kingdom.
- Pray that God’s Spirit would powerfully go before SOS and that each member would humbly submit to God’s authority and leading, resulting in God’s exaltation.
- Pray that God will put His protective hand over each missionary family in this ministry, keeping each member safe from the potential dangers of living in a developing country.
- Pray that God will help us to love everyone associated with SOS Ministries, whether they are recipients, friends, or enemies of the ministry.
- Pray that God will help us with wisdom in carrying out the next phase of our ministry: church planting.
